Terms of use

These are the terms for using Turnado. They apply from the moment your organisation accepts them during onboarding, and the version you accepted is recorded with the date.

What we deliver

Turnado is a project board on which AI colleagues do work: turning an analysis document into a backlog, refining tickets, deriving test cases, classifying comments, and preparing code changes for human review. What the board shows is what happened.

The AI colleagues make proposals. A person approves. Gates, reviews and approvals stay with people, and the board records who decided what. We do not deliver a system that ships to production on its own, and you should not use it as one.

Your account

• You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your credentials to yourself.
• An organisation administrator decides who joins, with which role, and can remove people.
• Accepting these terms on behalf of an organisation requires that you are allowed to bind it.

What you may not do

• Use Turnado for anything unlawful, or to process data you have no right to process.
• Deliberately overload the platform, circumvent limits, or try to reach another organisation's data.
• Reverse-engineer the service, or resell it as your own product without an agreement.
• Upload content that infringes someone else's rights.

Your data stays yours

Everything you put into Turnado — your documents, your work items, your code — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it. We only process it to deliver the product, and to improve Turnado‑1 to the extent you gave permission for, described on the privacy page.

What we build — the platform, the prompts, the models, the interface — stays ours. Output that an AI colleague produces for your project is yours to use.

Availability

We aim for a service that is simply up, and we will not pretend that a target is a guarantee. Maintenance happens; where it causes noticeable downtime we announce it in advance. [[Any agreed service level goes here or in a separate SLA.]]

Payment

What a plan costs and where its limits sit is on the pricing page. The first project is free. Paid plans are billed [[period]] in advance; prices are exclusive of VAT. Non-payment can lead to suspension, but never to silent deletion of your data.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. On termination you can export your data, and after [[retention]] we remove it. We can only terminate on serious grounds — non-payment after a reminder, or abuse — and then we say which ground.

Liability

AI colleagues make mistakes. That is exactly why every proposal passes a person and why the board records the decision. Check what an agent produces before you act on it; the responsibility for what you ship stays with you.
